This was one heck of a workout via #TheOutlawWay. First time playing around with the snatch. Felt awesome, hope i can get heavier. Wish my gym had Strongman equipment like stones, but the 60# db’s were efficient for the ‘stone to shoulder’ movement. Pushups/pullups all strict, should’ve went heavier on the lunges but oh well. This was one of the toughest workouts I’ve ever done, but I had a lot of fun with it. Bear Complex: one round consists of one power clean,  one front squat, one push press, one back squat and another push press, without setting the bar on the floor for rests or between rounds. First time WOD’n in the Bullets. They felt great during the lifting & running. My squats were deep and balanced. Deadlifts were good (did u catch the 185# pr?) Feeling great after today&#8217;s workout. Question: do I look bulky? Because I deadlift 170#, bench 95#, squat 135#, and clean 100#. Today&#8217;s workouts. &#8220;Linda&#8221; was super tough. There was no way I could Rx this but scaling it didn&#8217;t make it easier. It was All Max Everything.
