-Warmup sets: 1x8 45#, 1x5 65#
-working: 5@60% (85#), 5@65% (95#), 10@75% (105#)
-assistance: 5x10 squats at 50% (75#), 5x10 Good Mornings (75#), 5x10 leg curl (45#).
Half marathon training: 30 min run (2.8mi)
